Technical characteristics and engineering progress of CAP1400
Description
Large advanced pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant CAP1400 is the third generation passive nuclear power technology that developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing AP1000 technology, with independent intellectual property right, higher safety, better economics, and world's leading position. It is one of the sixteen major projects during the '13th Five-Year Plan' in China. In the process of technological R and D and finalization, the engineering implementation, intellectual property right and the technical progress are comprehensively considered. And a large number of analysis, evaluation, test verification and other demonstration work were carried out. (author)
