Surface dispersion of selected radionuclides in soils at localities Velky Dur and Slancik

Description

From experimental results the minimal required number of samplings is calculated for the determination of average values of surface radioactivity over a circle 10 m in diameter at a preset maximum relative error of determination. A method is recommended of taking a representative sample based on the assumption of a normal distribution of surface radioactivity of individual samplings and the assumption of a continuous function of surface radioactivity in the monitored circle.
