Description
In the monograph the results of researches of borate ores processing by sintering method have been presented. The processes of decomposition of boron raw materials in a wide range of parameters of technological process, including temperature, acid concentration, process duration and particle size have been studied. The conducted researches on elaboration of physicochemical aspects and technology of sintering process of boron raw material allowed to define the optimal conditions of extraction of valuable components and select the most suitable reagents for raw material treatment. The influence of temperature, process duration, concentration and dosage of acid on the process of raw material treatment has been studied which plays an important role in defining of optimal technological parameters.
