Simulation of structural parameters of eutectic melt in Ge-Te system on the base of associative equilibria theory and rigid spheres model

Description

Simulation of integral and partial structural factors and functions of radial distribution of atoms as well as fluctuation structural factors and pair potentials of interaction in the eutectic melt Ge0.15Te0.85 is carried out on the basis of the theory of associative equilibria and the model of rigid spheres. Good coincidence with the experiment of both integral and partial characteristics, which permits to make a conclusion about adequacy of the model used and the structure of the nearest order of the melt investigated, is obtained
