Environmental utilization of ash from biomass combustion. A review

This paper environmental utilization of ash from combustion of biomass deals with the formation of ash during combustion of biomass and the possibility of using ash from the combustion of biomass. Exploitation of ash from biomass depends on the kind of contamination and must be assessed on a case by case basis. It is very important perform to analyze the life cycle of biomass but should also be pay attention to the cycle of ash. This article describes the measures to be adhered to prevent the accumulation of heavy metals in the ash cycle. (authors)
