Description

The general method of analysis of B-meson decay into multihadron final states, based on quark model, combined with electroweak theory and with I/Nf expansion is presented. The spectra of electrons produced in the semileptonic B-meson decays in both b→c and b→u transition are calculated and value λ=|Vub/Vcb|≅0.12±0.05 is obtained by fit of ARGUS data. The use of experimental data on ε(K0-antiK0 of K0-antiK0 mixing and of B0-antiB0 oscillations allows one to predict from this also value of t-quark mass, of KM matrix element |Vtd|=0.015±0.002 and of CP violating phase δ in the KM matrix: m=140±30 GeV, and π-δ=(15±2)deg. The developed approach is used also for calculations of distribution of pions in multihadron final states, produced in different types of B-meson decays, in multiplicities, in charges and in energies.
