Emergency measures for the vicinity of Biblis nuclear power plant

Description

The authorities have prepared a special alarm and operation plan for the nuclear power plant in Biblis, which can be examined by the citizens at any time. The pamphlet itself specifies measures which each citizen can take in case of emergency. They include proposals for protection in private homes and during evacuations. Evacuation routes and a list of meeting points and distribution points for iodine tablets are stated. (DG)

Die Behoerden haben fuer das KKW Biblis einen besonderen Alarm- und Einsatzplan aufgestellt, der von den Buergern jederzeit eingesehen werden kann. Die Broschuere selbst enthaelt Massnahmen, die der einzelne Buerger im Notfall treffen kann. Sie umfassen Vorschlaege zum Schutz im eigenen Haus und zur Evakuierung. Evakuierungsrouten und eine Liste der Sammelstellen und Ausgabestellen fuer Jodtabletten sind aufgefuehrt. (DG)
