Description
The photoluminescence spectra and excitation spectra of stoichiometric and non-stoichiometric glasses As2S3 with Au impurities were investigated at T = 77 K for the first time. The splitting of photoluminescence spectra into two bands in non-stoichiometric glasses with low impurity concentration was observed. One of these bands is associated with impurity
