Dysprosium vapor pressure in Dy-Pt system

Description
Results of determination of dysprosium Vapor pressure above its platinum alloys in the 0-62 at% Pt concentration range are presented. Measurements were carried out using the integral variant of the Knudsen effusion method under the conditions of superhigh oilless vacuuM. Temperature dependences of vapor pressures and partial thermodynamic dysprosiun functions are calculated from the experimental data obtained. It is indicated that intermetallic compound is formed in the 48.6-38.0 at.% dysprosium concentration range, but Dy3Pt compound is not formed in it
