Description
As an architect engineering firm, SGN has designed and realized several spent fuel receiving, unloading and storage facilities and, in particular, the largest storage complex of the world at the reprocessing site at La Hague, owned by Cogema. This paper is dealing more particularly about the design and technology improvements of the unloading and storage facilities at La Hague having a direct effect on transportation cask decontamination and personnel exposure reduction.
