Moessbauer study on the critical dynamics of the two-dimensional antiferromagnet
Description
Moessbauer spectroscopy is applied to investigate the magnetic behavior near the Neel temperature of a typical two-dimensional Ising antiferromagnet Rb2CoF4:57Fe. The relaxation spectra observed in the temperature region near Tsub(N) were analyzed using the formulation given by M. Blume and J.A. Tjon on the basis of a stochastic model. The results show that the relaxation phenomena are explained as a result of the behavior of spins tied to the dynamics of antiferromagnetic clusters created by the two-dimensional spin correlations
