Investigation of subsidiary loss-peaks in the frequency dependent susceptibility profiles of magnetic fluids

Description
Microwave measurement of the complex susceptibility, χ(ω)=χ'(ω)-iχ''(ω), of a magnetic fluids, over the frequency range 0.2-6GHz, has revealed the presence of a subsidiary peak in the χ''(ω) absorption peak. Here, we give an example of such spectra and present a model which satisfactorily explains this phenomenon
