Behaviour of TL-dosimeters irradiated at various temperatures
Description
LiF (TLD-100), CaF2:Dy (TLD-200) and CaSO4:Dy (TLD-900) thermoluminescent dosimeters were irradiated at various temperatures, from 80 K up to 500 K. It is found that the relative sensitivity of various peaks of the dosimeters are strongly dependent on irradiation temperatures. The experimental results are discussed and the general behaviour of different peaks is explained by the trapping probabilities. (author)
