Studying the Mg1-xAlxB2 superconducting system by the methods of the tunnel and microcontact spectroscopy

Description
The studies on the multizone superconductivity in the Mg1-xAlxB2 system are carried out through the tunnel and Andreev spectroscopy. The temperature dependences of the superconducting gaps as well as their changes by growing Al disorder and concentration are studied. It is shown that the experimental dependences cannot be explained in detail within the frames of the currently existing microscopic theories

Проведены исследования многозонной сверхпроводимости в системе Mg1-xAlxB2 методами туннельной и андреевской спектроскопии. Изучены температурные зависимости сверхпроводящих щелей, а также их изменения при возрастании неупорядоченности и концентрации Al.
