A study on the planning for the research and development of nuclear energy
Description
This study has performed aiming to provide the government with the basic input to establish 'the comprehensive promotion plan for utilization, research and development of nuclear energy' and 'the mid- and long-term nuclear research and development program', thus the government set it up as a national plan after endorsement of Atomic Energy Commission. Next, the feasibility study of the proton accelerators construction which is expected to use for nuclear research and development and industry. And a systematic and integrated research and development management system for the large-scale projects has been studied considering the inherent uncertainty and high risk of research and development.
