White paper on nuclear safety in 1995
Description
This is the White Paper on the Atomic Energy Safety, 1995. This is composed of 4 parts, composed of three subjective parts, and reference part. In Part 1, passed about 1 year actions on safety regulation organization under a center of the Atomic Energy Safety Commission and present status of safety security for whole nuclear facilities are introduced. In Part 2, an attitude of earthquake resistant safety security for nuclear facilities, outline of investigations in earthquake resistant safety investigation committee and so on are introduced under a title of 'The earthquake resistant safety for the nuclear facilities: under consideration of Hyogo-ken-Nambu Earthquake in 1995'. In Part 3, up-to-date response and future promotion method of survey and discussion at the Atomic Energy Safety Commission are introduced for natrium leakage accident of the fast breeder prototype reactor of the Power Reactor and Nuclear Fuel Development Corporation occurred on December 8, 1995. And, in the last reference part, various references are arranged on relation to the Atomic Energy Safety Commission and execution of safety security. (G.K.)
