Study of stable liquation of PbO-B2O3-TeO2 melts by surface tension measuring method

Description
Using the surface tension measuring method the liquation range in PbO-B2O3-TeO2 ternary system is determined. It is shown that with PbO concentration growth the liquation region is narrowed and at definite PbO concentration the melt becomes homogeneous. Liquation removal may be caused by transition of part boron atoms from ternary to tetrahedral coordination
