Description
Various properties of the equations of collective submanifold derived in part I are investigated. Especially, it is stressed that the equations are invariant for any canonical transformation of collective coordinate system and for symplectic transformation of intrinsic coordinate system. Further, initial condition for solving the equations is shown. (author)
