Polarized gas jet target development at CERN

  • 1. Milan Univ. (Italy)

Description

The construction of a Polarized Atomic Hydrogen Beam Target is being prepared at CERN in view of its use in experiments at the Spp-barS collider, at LEP or at LHC. We discuss results on atom optics and some design aspects. (author)
