Calculation for the steam hammer of pipenet-based AP1000 main steam system
Description
Steam hammer load is solved though the simplified calculation. And a mathematical model of main steam system in a domestic generation three nuclear power plant is established using PIPENET software, and the model established from steam generator outlet to main steam header. Steam hammer occurrence and reduction is simulated through transient calculating function. Parameters are calculated including the maximum steam hammer pressure, maximum steam hammer load, occurrence time and position of maximum steam hammer load. And compared with Westinghouse piping stress calculation report, the calculation method has been verified. (authors)
