Description
It is analyzed advantages and disadvantages of nuclear power development compared to alternative energy sources under the Updated Energy Strategy of Ukraine till 2030. It is justified preservation the share of nuclear power electricity generation at the current level about half of the total domestic electricity production. It is provided the list of activities for perspective construction, lifetime extension, treatment with radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel in order to achieve the parameters of the updated strategy for nuclear energy in Ukraine
