Reflection and absorption spectra of thin samarium monoantimonides films

Description
The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the reflection and absorption (for the first time) spectra of thin samarium monoantimonide crystalline films. The measurements were carried out on the spectral range 220-24000 nm at a temperature of 300 K. The reflection coefficient deep plasma minimum and a clearly defined reflection band together with a relative transparence band have been observed at 0.3 and 0.48 eV photon energies, respectively
