High pressure effect on crystal structure of Sr1-xLaxCuO2 compound

Description
High pressure up to 7 GPa effect on tetragonal structure of infinitely-laminated compound Sr1-xLaxCuO2 (x = 0.07 and 0.13) and orthorhombic structure of SrCuO2 were studied by the neutron diffraction method. A strong anisotropy of the infinitely-laminated compounds compression was revealed. Mechanism of phase transition from the orthorhombic phase into the tetragonal one is discussed

Методом нейтронной дифракции исследовано влияние высокого давления (до 7 ГПа) на тетрагональную структуру бесконечно-слоевого соединения Sr1-xLaxCuO2 (x = 0.07 и 0.13) и орторомбическую структуру SrCuO2.
