Process to obtain pure uranium concentrate from zirconium contaminated solutions
Description
In this process the pH value of the solution is lowered to 1-3 and then adjusted and maintained between 2.5 to 3 during heating from 30 to 600C for a time long enough to precipitate at least 70% of the zirconium, in these conditions uranium is not precipitated
