Concentration field structure of radiocesium and radiostrontium in water of the Baltic sea in autumn, 1977
Description
Results of measurements of 137Cs and 90Sr concentrations in surface waters and at the 50 m depth of the Baltic Sea, obtained in the autumn, 1977 during the voyage of the ''Okeanografic ship'' are presented. The concentration field of both radionuclides in surface waters and at 50 m depth is calculated by the method of optimum interpolation. Normalized autocorrelation functions decrease sharply and reaches zero at the distances of 50-150 km
