Nuclear skill related training and job identification and placement service for migrant and seasonal farm workers

The success rate of the NSRT Program - based on placement in unsubsidized employment - was 90%. Most of the participants who did not graduate from the NSRT Program were transferred to other less technical programs, such as TAT, REECO, and the EAST/SLAC programs, and obtained skills that made them employable elsewhere. The follow-up process at the Center for Nuclear Studies continues. Officials here can list place of employment, technical rating, and salary of all of the 90 graduates.
