Description

In this paper investigation of liquid scintillators for use in glass capillaries are presented. Several liquids and solutions of scintillators are investigated referring to their light yield and attenuation length. A prototype of a target using a coherent capillary bundle of about 5 mm diameter with capillaries of 20 microns inner diameter was developed, built and tested
