Description
Magnetic force tubes can penetrate inside the Venus ionosphere from the solar wind as a result of flute instability development on the ionopaUse moving with an acceleration. The penetration of ionospheric ions through the lateral walls of a tube causes an axial current of electrons from the solar wind which makes the field lines to twist into the rope. Such a mechanism allows the Pioneer-Venera data to be explained
