Design of a large helical system for magnetic fusion experiments

Description
Computer codes are described that solve the partial differntial equations of ideal magnetohydrodynamics describing toroidal equilibrium of a plasma. These numerical methods are applied to find a helical coil winding law for stellarator experiments designed so that the parallel current is relatively low
