A general computer program to compute Columb wave functions

Description
A computer program has been written to calculate the Coulomb wave functions. The program has been found to work satisfactorily in a wide region of the (eta,rho) plane. The computational method and the expressions coded have been described. The results have been verified against the tabulated results for 0<eta<= 6.3096 and 1<=rho<= 20 for lambdasub(max)=10. (author)
