The effectiveness of the ECCS for B and W's 205-fuel assembly plants is evaluated and shown to meet all the requirements of 10 CFR 50.46. The results of various sensitivity studies, a spectrum of breaks, and an analysis to determine allowable linear heat rates under 10 CFR 50.46 are presented. 14 references
