Description
After synthesis of fluorine-18 labelled analogues [18F]fluorobenzoylation at the α-amino group, biodistribution and elimination of individual advanced glycation end products, namely Nε-carboxymethyllysine and Nε-carboxyethyllysine, was studied in comparison to lysine in rats after intravenous injection using positron emission tomography.
