There has been demonstrated both by analytical and mathematical means as well as in the form of a diagram the possibility of predicting and determining physicochemical values of the alkali metal halides in terms of set of interrelations between the elements properties. Assessed are the third order matrix determinants of the desired defining and derived properties of francium halides
