Semi-automatic coordinate planimetry in application to radiation material science

Description

The problems of processing the results of material testing experiments presented by photos of microstructures obtained by means of optical and electron microscopes or diagrams of deformation mechanism in the half-automatic gauge of coordinates and their succeeding processing in the computer are considered. Advantages of half-automatic coordination planimetry as compared with traditional methods of quantitative metallography based on statical reconstruction are revealed. 10-15 fold acceleration of the processing process is attained
