Preparation of anodic aluminium oxide and its structural modification
Description
Anodizing technique forms anodic aluminium oxide on the aluminium surface. Acid temperature concentration and anion nature, and current density affect on the dimension and pore density. Since 1990, this oxide has been candidate for many applications in nano technology. Some experiments were performed on the anodic aluminium oxide prepared in phosphoric acid to achieve modification its parameters. The results showed that, re anodizing and chemical dissolution in phosphoric acid influenced on the re dimension of pore diameter and barrier layer thickness, and organized film structure
