Electrical resistance of Pr0.7 (Sr0.28 Pr0.02) MnO3 single crystals in ferromagnetic and paramagnetic state
- 1. Laboratory of Low Temperatures and Magnetism, Institute of Solid State Physics, Sofia (Bulgaria)
Description
We studied the temperature dependence of the electric resistivity in single crystal Pr0.7 (Sr0.28 Pr0.02) MnO3 samples in the temperature interval 20 / 325 K. The results demonstrated a maximum of resistivity at T = 250 K. This maximum was due to the metal-insulator transition related to the ferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase transition
