Extraction of nitrates of lanthanides by butylamides of butylphosphoric acids

Description

Regularities of extraction of macroquantities of lanthanide nitrates from their mixed aqueous solutions by solutions of butylamides of butylphosphoric acids in syntine are studied. Regularities of structure effect of extractants on selectivity of extraction are discussed. Distribution coefficients increase with increase of lanthanide atomic number and in the same succession decreases the hydratation of cations of lanthanides in aqueous phase. Strong effect of nitric acid on distribution of lanthanide nitrates is noted. Introduction of NH4NO3 increases the equilibrium content of metals in organic phase and extraction of heavy lanthanides

Abstract (Russian)

Изучены закономерности извлечения макроколичеств нитратов лантанидов из их смешанных водных растворов растворами дибутиламидов бутилфосфорных кислот в синтине. Обсуждены закономерности влияния структуры экстрагентов на селективность экстракции. Коэффициенты распределения возрастают с ростом атомного номера лантанида. В той же последовательности уменьшается гидратация катионов лантанидов в водной фазе. Отмечено сильное влияние азотной кислоты на распределение нитратов лантанидов. Введение NH4NO3 повышает равновесное содержание металлов в органической фазе и извлечение тяжелых лантанидов
