Description

In 2002, a group of OECD/NEA member countries established the OECD Fire Incident Records Exchange Project (OECD FIRE) to encourage multilateral co-operation in the collection and analysis of data relating to fire events at nuclear power plants. This article presents the OECD Fire Project objectives, work scope and current status, as well as preliminary insights gleaned from the data collected. (authors)
