Λ(1405) in nuclear matter and implications for kaonic atoms
Description
A dynamic effect in the K-p system which effectively changes the sign in the real part of the optical potential is considered. The effect involves the dissociation of the Λ(1405) into a Σ hyperon and a pion, the latter forming a Δ(1236) J = T = 3/2 resonance with a nucleon
