Description
The first note is a rather standardised document published within the context of the fourth periodic review of 900 MWe electric power production nuclear power plants, and which presents answer brought by EDF to the objectives of this re-inspection. It contains a presentation of periodic re-inspection principles, the review objectives regarding risks (compliance, re-assessment about accidents with or without core fusion, fuel storage pool, aggressions and conventional risks, transverse studies), drawbacks (compliance, re-assessment), the continued operation (ageing and obsolescence management, certification of equipment to accidental conditions). A second document proposes a synthetic presentation of the same issues
