Description
The Low energy ion beam facility (LEIBF) developed at Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC) consists of Electron Cyclotron Resonance (ECR) Ion source and other related control equipment's on high voltage platform. Light link interface modules are needed for controlling the equipment on high voltage (up to 200kV) platform for electric isolation of signals. (author)
