Description
The scope of this lecture is to give a general idea of ion beam analysis (IBA) techniques used in surface characterization that has grown in an explosive way during the last decades: Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS), Nuclear Reaction Analysis (NRA), Elastic Recoil Detection Analysis (ERDA), Coulomb Excitation Backscattering Spectrometry (CEBS) and channeling.
