Hydrodynamics and anomalous transport of turbulent collisional plasmas
Description
This paper reports on the long-lived fluctuation integral. It is well-known that in a nonuniform plasma embedded in a magnetic field intensive potential fluctuations are spontaneously excited. They lead, in particular, to the change of kinetic coefficients and to the restructuring of a stationary background plasma state. These fluctuations play an extremely important role in the peripheral, relatively low-temperature collisional plasmas of thermonuclear devices and in the equatorial spread F
