Discussion on uranium metallogenic feature and its forming geological conditions in Yili, Xinjiang
Description
The author describes regional geology, geomorphologic landscape, strata and structural feature and summarizes uranium metallogenic geology feature in Yili basin. Based on above, the basic geological condition of uranium deposit forming is analysed. These conditions include plentiful uranium resource, good strata texture and sandstone body large-scale clinoslope zone and uranium metallogenic basic condition; mountain-building movement is mineralization dynamic; but Cretaceous and Tertiary system sandy xonglomerate layer covering uranium deposit is the most important condition of uranium deposit location
