Description
Single crystals of Bi2Te2.85Se0.15-CdTe containing up to 3 mol.% of cadmium telluride in the initial mixture were grown by the Czochralski method. Cadmium distribution effectiveness coefficient is determined Keff=0.2. Thermoelectrical properties of the single crystals are measured is 100-350 K range. It is ascertained that cadmium telluride dopping (up to 2 mol.% in the mixture) results in a slight increase of material thermoelectric effectiveness coefficient in the above temperature rate an well as mechanical strength at room temperature
