Description
A simple, fast, and accurate method of determination the content of palladium of Pd-Al2O3 pellets by EDXRF was established. By added the internal standard element Mo quantitatively to the sample, dissolved Pd on the Pd-Al2O3 pellets using aqua regia, and made filter paper sample, the content of Pd could be obtained Energy dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer. While the content of palladium between 30 wt% - 50 wt% of the sample, the relative standard deviation less than 0.9% and the relevance ratio between 98%-102%. The measuring range of this method can be adjusted by changing the content of Mo. (authors)
