Effect of low temperatures, irradiation and deep vacuum on physico-mechanical properties of polymer light-absorption coatings
Description
Effects of thermocycling (4.2 - 300 K), electromagnetic irradiation (5 - 2500 nm) as well as protone and electrone fluxes (D = 6x108 Gr, E = 160 keV) on optical and adhesion properties and morphology of light-absorbed coating surfaces of FP-5246 enamel base are studied. It is shown that the effects leads to radiation modification of light-absorbing coating optical properties. One of the possible mechanism is surface radiation etching. Coating adhesion strength decrease. Coating mass loss during irradiation is 5%
