Description

Simple equipment is described for creating rectangular magnetic-field-gradient pulses having an amplitude of up 2 kG/cm. The device is supplied from the ac line. The presence of independent shaping channels allows complete identity of the gradient pulses to be achieved, and allows trains of pulses having opposite polarities to be obtained comparatively simply
