Dielectric radiation effects in cesium dihydroarsenate crystals

Description
Effect of the amplitude of the measuring field Esub(m) and γ-irradiation dose upon temperature dependences of dielectric permeability epsilonsub(Z) and dielectric losses of CsH2AsO4 crystals is studied. Peculiar regions of the epsilonsub(Z) (Esub(m)) and tg delta(Esub(m)) dependences are found, effect of irradiation and temperature upon them being studied. Possible mechanism of radiation effects taking into account crystal proper imperfections is discussed
