Description

In order to fabricate nano crystalline TiO2 samples, a co-precipitation technique was employed. The as-prepared samples were investigated by back-scattering dispersive micro-Raman spectroscopy and XRD patterns. In the presence of sulfate ions, anatase phase forms strongly. Moreover the transformation of anatase to rutile was retarded. Hydrolysis temperature and amount of sulfate ions had effects on morphological and crystallization of the powders.
